We only accept returns if you receive a wrong or damaged product. To process your return, you must provide an unboxing video from scratch as evidence. Our team will review your request within 48 working hours. If your request is verified as genuine, we will issue a replacement with the new item.

Please note, replacements are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This policy is only applicable to prepaid orders.
